Luscious Peach Cinnamon Rolls

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the butter.
Evenly distribute the diced peaches over the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Roll the dough up tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal slices.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
