In a deep bowl, put the flour, sugar and yeast and mix them well
Add the ghee and mix well, then add the eggs and milk gradually while kneading until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Knead for 5 minutes

Cover the dough and leave it to ferment for an hour or until its size doubles

Divide the dough into balls and then shape it. Spread each ball into an oval shape and then roll it

Place the bread in a greased tray and cover with a clean towel and leave it to ferment for half an hour until its size doubles

Then brush the face of the bread with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes to 15 minutes until golden
