Minced Chicken Cutlets Recipe

Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken fillet, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the baking powder and carbonated mineral water to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
