:What you need:
Graham cracker crumbs, measuring 1 cup
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
whipping topping (or 2 cups whipped cream)
8 ounces seasoned whipping cream
1 1/2 pounds crushed pineapple, rinsed thoroughly
What to do
1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, melted butter and graham cracker crumbs.
2. Firmly press mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish to form bottom crust.
3. In a separate dish, combine whipped topping with half of the melted cream cheese. Mixture should be well blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
5. Add drained pineapple and remaining whipped topping to same bowl and stir until well blended.
