No-Bake Chocolate Ganache Tartlet
Ingredients:
For the crust:
200 grams cookies
80 grams toasted almonds (or your favorite nuts)
100 grams butter
For the Chocolate Ganache:
150 grams chocolate
90 grams whipped cream
7 grams butter
Instructions:
Make the crust:
In a food processor, pulse the cookies and toasted almonds until fine crumbs form.
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Mix the cookie-almond crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
