No-Bake Creamy Peach Dessert

Ingredients
500g peaches
100g condensed milk
350ml peach juice
200ml milk
70g cornstarch
200g cream cheese
1 peach (for decoration)
20g sugar
30ml water
6g agar-agar
Directions
Prepare the peach filling:
Peel and dice the peaches: Peel
and chop the 500g peaches.
Blend the peaches and condensed milk:
In a blender, combine the diced peaches and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
Make the peach cream:
Cook the peach-cream mixture:
In a saucepan, whisk together the peach juice, milk and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
Mix with cream cheese:
Add cream cheese to cooled mixture and mix until smooth.
Add peach mixture and condensed milk.
Assemble dessert:
Pour and set:
Pour peach cream mixture into serving bowl or individual cups.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
Make peach filling:
Peach slice for garnish:
Cut remaining peach into slices for garnish.
Make agar mixture:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and agar agar.
Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and agar agar dissolve.
Let cool slightly, then pour over prepared peach cream. Arrange peach slices on top.
Cool:
Refrigerate:
