Orange and coconut cookies

* Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy, add the egg, mix, then the vanilla essence, the zest and the orange juice.
Add the sifted dried beans and the coconut. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Roll out the dough to 5 mm. thick, use the cutter you prefer and place it on a buttered plate. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
About 40 cookies come out.
