Pasta casserole with cream sauce and minced meat

Bring 1.5 L of water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the casserole:
