PASTA SHELLS WITH GROUND BEEF
Ingredients
For 4 people:
° 8 ounces medium macaroni shells
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 1 pound ground beef
°1/2 medium onion, cut into cubes
° 2 garlic cloves, minced
° 1/2 tsp Italian season
° 2 tsp flour
° 2 c beef broth
°1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
° 3/4 c heavy cream
°salt & freshly ground black pepper
°6 ounces extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese, about 1 1/2 cups
