Pepper Steak Stir Fry π½π₯©
This pepper steak stir fry is thinly sliced flank steak π₯© cooked with red and green bell peppers π« in a savory sauce. A quick and easy meal that tastes even better than takeout π₯‘!
Ingredients:
β π₯© 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
β π« 1 red bell pepper, sliced
β π« 1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced
β π§ 3 cloves garlic, minced
β π§ 1/4 cup soy sauce
β π½ 1 tbsp cornstarch
β π― 2 tbsp brown sugar
β π 1/2 cup beef broth
β π« 2 tbsp vegetable oil
β πΏ 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
β πΆ Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Prepare the Sauce:
β π₯£ In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and beef broth. Set aside.
2. Cook the Steak:
β π₯ Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
β π₯© Add the flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
