Pizza Rolls Recipe

Shape the Dough:

Transfer the pizza dough to a lightly oiled surface and gently roll it out to a 10×14 inch rectangle using a rolling pin. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on top, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese uniformly and add the pepperoni slices (or any desired toppings).

Form the Rolls:

Roll the dough tightly lengthwise into a log, then press the edges to seal. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces, each about 1 inch wide.
Dip the bottom of each roll in cornmeal, then arrange the rolls flat with the cornmeal side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush a little olive oil on top of the rolls for a crispy finish.

Bake the Rolls:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Let the pizza rolls cool for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
