Salsa Verde (Mexican Green Salsa)
Ingredients:
– 1 pound tomatillos, husked and quartered
– 1/2 white onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped (adjust amount for desired heat level)
– 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
