2 tablespoons of olive oil

½ teaspoon of sugar

½ red pepper

¼ bunch of coriander

2 tomatoes

2 green onions

½ white onion

2 cloves garlic

¼ cup of water

¼ lemon juice

2 tablespoons spicy red sauce

Procedure

In a bowl, add the tomato, white onion, cilantro, red pepper, green onion, garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, water, lemon juice and sugar. We are going to add two spoons of chili.

Half a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.

We will mix all the ingredients making sure they are well incorporated with each other.

In a jar, place the sauce, cover it.
