Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic

½ red pepper

½ white onion

½ bunch of coriander

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon of oregano

½ tablespoon dried chili flakes

Procedure

In a large cup, add the dried cilantro, red pepper, garlic, white onion, chili eyes and oregano. Also apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

We mix all the ingredients very well and let the onion release its color.
