600g chicken fillets
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp sweet curry powder
1 tbsp ground coriander
200ml plain yogurt
100ml fresh cream
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 handful fresh coriander for garnish
Sel, poivre
1 red chilli (optional, for a little spiciness)
