Sweet and Creamy Chicken Korma 🌶️🌶

Method:
Chicken preparation: Cut the chicken fillets into equal sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken for a few minutes. Take Out & Reserve
Bring Back the Flavors: In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic and ginger until tender. Add curry powder and ground coriander and stir for another 2 minutes to release the flavors.
Add the Sauce: Add the tomato puree, yogurt and sour cream to the pan. Stir well and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Add the Chicken: Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes, until the meat is well absorbed into the sauce.
Serve: Top with fresh coriander and chilli if desired. Serve with basmati rice or naan.
