Here’s how to do it, first put the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder, salt, oil and water and knead it well to get a smooth dough. Pick small pieces of it and roll them out into flatbreads.

Then form a ball from the dough, roll it out and fry it on both sides until golden brown.

Now, after baking, brush the top with oil, previously mixed with pressed garlic and herbs. Quick and super tasty
