Ingredients:
1 lb thin-sliced beef round steak
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Start by seasoning both sides of the thin-sliced beef round steak with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Place the seasoned beef medallions into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time based on your desired level of doneness.
