Let’s start by saying that it only takes 20 minutes to prepare, compared to a rest time of about ten hours. Let’s start by using a knife to cut each tomato in half, remove the stem, and then cut them into quarters.

We line a baking tray with baking paper and put it on top. At this point, they should be seasoned with rosemary, salt and thyme. Then we turn it on and let it rest at a temperature of 200 ° C for 1 hour.

While the tomatoes are in the oven, we clean the garlic from the skin and cut it into small pieces.

After washing and drying the 500 ml Mason jars, pour the rosemary, garlic and thyme at the bottom.

Once the tomatoes are cooked, fill the jars and add the spices and garlic from time to time.

Finally, they must be covered with oil and finally the lid must be screwed on. To close, the jars must be turned upside down for about 10 hours. Finally, turn them over and put them back in the right direction. Then store them in a dry place.

You will have them ready all year round!
