INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Top each patty with 2 slices of cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  8. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.

NOTES

  • For an extra kick, add some sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the patties.
  • These burgers can be cooked on a grill, stovetop, or in an oven.
  • Customize your toppings to suit your taste.
