INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly browned.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each patty with 2 slices of cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
NOTES
- For an extra kick, add some sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the patties.
- These burgers can be cooked on a grill, stovetop, or in an oven.
