Zesty Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil Bursts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes, corn, and smoked sausage. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with half of the Old Bay seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the potato, corn, and sausage mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
In the same bowl, add the shrimp, remaining olive oil, minced garlic, remaining Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
After the potatoes, corn, and sausage have baked for 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Add the shrimp mixture and lemon slices to the baking sheet, arranging everything in a single layer.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
